How to give us files to print from Email / CD / USB stick
- You can send your files directly to us via email.
- Ideally files should be no bigger than 10mb.
- The resolution should be no less than 300dpi.
The following formats are acceptable:
- JPEG
- TIFF
- EPS
- QXD
When using software which does not allow the file to be flattened or fonts to be outlined, (i.e. Word, publisher,quark) we will need you to supply fonts you have used.
When supplying Quark documents we also require any picture files and fonts.
Having your files printed:
- Files are printed onto Xerox digital colour printers.
- We can print up to SRA3 (450 x 320mm)
- The type area for A3 is 410 x 287mm leaving a 5mm white border around the print,
- to print your image full out (BLEED) A3 we print onto SRA3 and trim to size.
Bleed:
All files whether business cards, flyers or posters require 5mm bleed if you do not want a white border around the edge of the image.
Paper Weights :
We can print your files out on minimum weight 80gsm, max weight 280gsm. There are range of paper weights between these in stock.
